Notice of Employment for the Hanna Town Office—Part-Time office assistant.

Hanna Town Office is looking for a responsible, energetic person with good oral communication and public relation skills. Other beneficial skills would be general knowledge of secretarial duties; answering the phone, taking messages, cash receipting, copier, telephone, fax, taking notes, typing, computer skills, data entry, 10 Key Calculator skills, etc. Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Microsoft, Exel, and Word is preferable. This is a part-time position with work from 24 to 30 hours per week. Must be available Monday thru Friday during the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Position Open until filled. AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS

Town of Hanna offers Automatic Payment services and to receive Bills via email You can sign up for one or the other or both We will need your name, address, phone, name of the bank, bank routing number, bank account number and email. The payment will automatically be withdrawn from your bank account on the 10 th of every month unless the 10 th falls on a weekend. It will then be withdrawn on the following Monday. You can come to the office and fill out the form or call us at 307-325-9424 and we will happily fill out the form for you.
